Delivery and Lead times

Lead Times 

Luxwood Design ® and Palmer Joinery Ltd, “we”, “us” or “our” in below, always endeavour to complete orders within the given process time. As most of our items are made to order, the lead time is estimated on our average workload. We will keep you updated regarding your order and notify you if any delays occur. 

Luxwood Design ® and Palmer Joinery Ltd hold the right to cancel the order if we are unable to supply your purchased product due to supply chain issues which are out of our control. (More information in our T&C). 

Delivery

Delivery charges are applied at the checkout. We take our delivery service seriously and work with trusted courier companies. We are honest about delivery costs and fairly charge for delivery based on the size of your purchased item. 

Once your order is placed, we will review the delivery arrangement. Luxwood Design ® and Palmer Joinery Ltd hold the right to cancel the order if the delivery is not possible or to raise extra charges for a shipping service. 

We also give our customers an option – to collect in person from our workshop in Fareham. Our address:  Palmer Joinery Ltd, C1 Premier Business Park, Newgate Lane, Fareham, PO14 1TY. All collections must be agreed in advance and arranged within our opening hours. If you can’t collect the purchased item yourself, you could organise the authorised representative providing full details of your collector. 

Important! You, as a good customer, must inform us within 48 hours if your previously confirmed delivery address has been changed; update us if you won’t be able to receive the parcel on the provided delivery date. If the 48-hour notice hasn’t been given to us, the re-delivery costs will be applied. We won’t consider this as a reason for cancellation and compensation.

Once your order is completed, the courier service will be responsible for your parcel, including any loss and damages. The shipping company’s name and the tracking number will be provided to check your parcel’s journey.  We encourage our customers to contact the courier directly. 

Busy period! We all know that during festive time in December all courier services work very hard. Please be patient if your parcel will be delayed. 

Delivery acceptance

Once you receive your parcel it’s your responsibility to inspect and unpack each item. We want our beautiful products to be delivered to your door safely. Our packaging is custom designed, and all goods are wrapped well. 

Luxwood Design ®  is not responsible for any loss or damages once your parcel has been collected unless it was clearly our manufactured defect.
